OUR TEAM
Ryan Sparrell
The president and founder of Invision Construction, Ryan has an extensive 15-year background in custom home building, renovations, commercial construction, and facilities management. After years of providing top-quality work for prestigious companies such as Ring Power Corporation(CAT), Commercial Construction Services(CCS), Metro Property Services, Cahill Custom Homes, and Dave Cahill Homes (among the short list), Ryan decided to take his passion a step further into business ownership and started Invision Construction in 2018. Surrounding himself with the most talented tradesmen and outstanding customer service that the construction industry so desperately needs, Invision Construction seeks to continually serve the Northeast Florida residential and commercial community for years to come.
Sally Hatcher
Office Manager
Sally was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, and has 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Sally has done everything from reception to accounting to project administration to marketing and human resources. Sally is the office manager and brings a unique perspective to her position and the company while managing all facets of the office. Sally is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to all of our clients. Sally spends the majority of her off time with her family; she and her husband have 2 daughters and a son. She enjoys baking, watching movies, and other activities.
Michael Devereaux
Construction Operations Manager
As a Jacksonville native, Michael has established family and career here in Northeast Florida. He has directed and project-managed multiple sites that include hospitals, amenity centers, shopping centers, multi-family sites, and commercial sites through his career. As Director of Operations, he has partnered with owners and businesses to create the most cost-effective strategies. He is successful by leading his team by including tactics that include attention to detail, intuitive construction estimating, and completing projects ahead of their time schedule. With this approach, he completes the highest quality commercial product for local businesses to thrive for years to come. Michael has earned his bachelor’s degree in Jacksonville, FL, and enjoys being a father to his 6 children by attending sporting events and outdoor activities.
James Beisiegel
Construction Operations Superintendent
James is the field superintendent who brings nearly 25 years of experience in operations, sales, and project management to the Invision team. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, he worked for a home builder in the early 90s between collegiate sports seasons. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Walsh College of Business and Accountancy in Troy, MI. What James most enjoys about his position is the variety of custom projects he has had the opportunity to participate in. Because of his own interest in design and remodeling, James enjoys helping discover solutions for projects for homeowners and customers to produce desired results. When James is not managing projects in the field, he plays softball for his church team, coed soccer with his wife, bikes, fishes, and every adventure his two young children invent. He has been a part of the Northeast Florida community since 2010 and loves the variety of activities available and lack of snowflakes falling in the region.
Jason Smith
Residential Account Manager
Jason was raised in Jacksonville, FL, and has over 20 years in business ownership and management and 10 years in the construction industry. Jason is the Sales and Operations Supervisor and brings an insight of project management by coordinating the construction activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, all while managing multiple projects with attention to detail. He strives to ensure all customers have the best possible experience through the process of their home renovations. Jason is very involved with his family; that keeps him extremely busy with his son’s travel baseball and being a proud father to his daughter, who has earned her pilot license.
Tara Paladino
Cabinet and Interior Designer
Tara brings to the team over 10 years of experience designing layouts, building project finish selections, and overseeing projects from beginning to end. She has a deep passion for creating beautiful spaces with her clients that helps them to function better and enrich their lives. Tara was born and raised in Gainesville, Florida, and moved to Jacksonville in 2006, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in interior design from Jacksonville Art Institute. When Tara is not working, she enjoys family movie nights, swimming, boating, camping, and arts and crafts with her daughter.
